Memphremagog Trails is a nonprofit based in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, maintaining over 30 kilometers of groomed cross-country ski trails made possible through the generosity of local landowners. The trail network covers all ability levels and disciplines, with lower loops suited for fast skate skiing and cut-in classic tracks, and longer tours heading up to some of the best views in the Kingdom. The addition of Bluffside Farm via the Beebee-Spur Rail Trail has expanded the options considerably.
In winter, the network also includes groomed fat bike trails and snowshoeing, and hosts cross-country running events in the fall. The trails run through a mix of old-school New England terrain and machine-built singletrack, with something for riders at every level.
Memphremagog Trails runs a Bill Koch Youth Ski Program on Tuesday afternoons during the winter season, one of many chapters of the national program created to get more kids on Nordic skis. Affordable seasonal ski rentals are available for families
