Middlebury Snowbowl

Nestled on Vermont's Route 125, halfway between Routes 7 and 100, the Middlebury Snowbowl offers an appealing skiing and snowboarding experience for all levels. This ski resort features 25 exciting trails and 10 carefully crafted glades, catering to various preferences. Off-trail skiing within the ski area's boundaries is now permitted, adding an extra thrill. The area is accessible via one quad chairlift, two triple chairs, and one surface lift, with snowmaking covering approximately 45% of the terrain.

The 2023-2024 ski season introduces night skiing at the Snowbowl. Lang, Cameron, and Kelton trails are beautifully lit for evening enjoyment, thanks to the new Sheehan Quad. The beginner area and Discover trail are also illuminated for night skiing, accessible via the free Disco Carpet, which requires no lift ticket for beginners. Night skiing is available from 4 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Open Wednesday through Sunday weekly, the Snowbowl extends its operation to selected Mondays and Tuesdays during holidays. The resort boasts excellent grooming, a well-equipped rental shop, a professional ski school, a notable racing program, a collegiate ski patrol, and reasonably priced food.
