4 PASS INVENTORY IS LIMITED AND SELLS OUT QUICKLY.
Waiting room opens at 11:30AM with sale starting at 12:00PM (if you log in prior to 11:30 you will need to log out and log back in, screen will say WELCOME TO 4 PASS WAITING ROOM). Click "Log In" (also found under How To Purchase) to enter waiting room. At noon, all customers in waiting room will be queued into the purchase line at random (not a first come, first serve). Once able to purchase then you will enter your username and password to complete. Anyone logging in after 12:00PM will be queued in at the end of the line in the order they entered.
Once sold-out, any customer still in the waiting room will be redirected to the purchase page which will state sold out and will have the opportunity to place themselves on a waiting list for a short duration after the sale. After the initial 10-day approval review, any passes released due to exceeding allowed amount per passholder will be made available to people on the waitlist. *The waitlist is no longer able to accept additional entries.*
Cost: Each 4 Pass is $199 + 6% sales tax. VT/US residency not required. All sales are final unless rejected by Ski Vermont.
The Ski Vermont 4 Pass is comprised of 4 vouchers, to be used at four (4) different participating ski areas by only the passholder, the individual named on pass.
Ski Vermont 4 Passes are sold and then managed through Ski Vermont’s Online Pass Portal. Regular access to portal is required to use. No physical product will be mailed. All sales are final unless rejected by Ski Vermont.
Step 1. Log in or create an account in the portal. An account belongs to one person. You cannot add someone to your account.
Step 2. Choose purchase option. On the pass product page, click 4 Pass and choose quantity under desired purchase option(s) (2). Passes are reserved once placed in customer shopping cart and then up to the time indicated or when purchase is completed, whichever comes first. Gift Code box remains empty; this is used for redeeming gift purchases after purchase.
Step 3. Assign and Review Cart
For Household/Self purchases: First complete the required information for each pass holder.
For gift purchases: Proceed directly to review cart.
Review Cart: If you need to make changes to your order, click "edit" to change and/or "Cancel this Pass" on bearer information page under "Submit Passholder Information" BEFORE payment.
Step 4. Complete Purchase. Gift Code box remains empty; this is used for redeeming gift purchases after purchase.

Customers can purchase in a combination of two options if desired. For example, purchase one for yourself by clicking Quantity: 1 under Option 1: Household and for a friend by clicking Quantity: 1 under Option 2: A Gift, all in a single purchase! A max of 12 passes per single order if using a combination of each option. One 4 Pass per passholder.
Option 1: Purchase 4 Pass for yourself and/or household. This option is best if purchasing for yourself or family/friends who may not want or have the ability to manage their own 4 Pass usage online.
Option 2: Purchase the 4 Pass as a gift! This option is best if you don't want to be responsible for managing another passholder's usage, if pass is intended as a gift or unsure who the passholder will be at the time of purchase as it can be assigned at a later date under either a new or existing account. Example: Unsure your college age kid will be home during winter break? Purchase 4 Pass gift option so you can gift/name someone else if their plans change.
1. Ski Vermont reviews each purchase to verify that it meets the approval requirements (not exceeding the max of one pass per passholder limit).
2. Once approved, an email for each 4 Pass purchased for your household will be sent. Gift recipients will receive their approval email once they have completed redemption steps and request is reviewed.
Customers are welcome to check the approval status of a purchase by logging into their customer portal. The portal will state which products are pending and display any already approved.
The passholder can obtain one (1) lift ticket in their name to the chosen ski area by redeeming a reserved single-use, barcoded voucher.
How to Reserve Voucher to Redeem for Lift Ticket:
Voucher redemption is required to obtain a lift ticket. The process the bearer and/or account manager completes—by logging into their portal, selecting a ski area and visit date to generate a single-use barcode—is a voucher reservation.
1. Access customer portal: Prior to visiting a ski area log in to your portal account. The active 4 Pass will automatically load on the screen displaying the passholder's name. If you have multiple people/products on an account, the name displayed indicates the person who the voucher is being reserved for. To view a different 4 Pass, select it from the name list below the large box.
2. Choose ski area: Scroll/move down the page to find the desired ski area. Click "More Info" to review ski area’s restricted dates and redemption requirements.
3. Reserve Voucher: To obtain a voucher, click "available for redemption" and chose the desired visit date. Click "reserve voucher." Once a voucher reservation is completed, it is marked as reserved in the portal and the ski area and date CANNOT be changed.

Voucher Usage Notes:
Option 1: View a reserved voucher via customer portal. Log in, scroll down to destination ski area which will state voucher reserved and "Click To View". The barcoded voucher will display on the screen.
Option 2: View reserved voucher via email. A copy of each reserved voucher is automatically emailed to the account manager. This email can be forwarded as needed if managing 4 Passes for others under your account. Check spam, look for no-reply email.
Follow the destination ski areas redemption requirements, review prior to arriving as some areas require advance online lift ticket reservations using the barcoded voucher. Review Participating Ski Areas, Restricted Dates and Redemption Information or the More Info in customer portal.
Voucher Usage Notes:
Participating ski areas are listed below, along with their restricted dates and voucher redemption requirements.
Vouchers: Reserved barcoded vouchers are required to redeem for a lift ticket.
Restricted Dates: When vouchers are not valid for use at that area. Ski areas may have limited inventory dates.
Voucher Redemption Location and Requirements: Where and how to redeem a voucher for one-day lift ticket. Review carefully.
Regular Operating Schedule: Ski area daily operating schedules may vary. A date may still show as available in the portal for reservation if Ski Vermont has not received the closure information from a ski area.

24-25 4 Pass Terms and Conditions
Email support@passes.skivermont.com PRIOR to the date of the reserved voucher with request to revalidate. Include child’s name, voucher number, ski area and selected redemption date so we can work with you to re-validate the voucher for future use at our discretion. *
If you are turned away at the ski area due to max capacity when attempting to redeem, you must email that same day stating max capacity as the request for revalidation reason. We will confirm information with the ski area and re-validate* the voucher for future use at our discretion.
* If any voucher has already been used to complete an advanced online ticket reservation, re-validation will not be an option as that voucher number is already registered in the ski area's system and not work for you again. Customers will need to work with the ski area directly to request date change.
