Okemo Executive Sous Chef Jason Tostrup is the mastermind behind the introduction of Zen Den Sushi in the Roundhouse this winter. He developed a passion for sushi and sashimi as a result of his friendship with Nobu Matsuhisa and Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto when he worked as a chef in Aspen, Colo. “Sushi is going to be a big hit at Okemo,” said Chef Jason. “We will be celebrating umami while offering our guests another healthy, nutritious, clean way to have lunch when they are enjoying a day in the outdoors.”
