The White Horse Inn is a modern 26-guest-room inn and bed-and-breakfast, built 1978, in the mountain town of Fayston, Vermont — at the entrance to Sugarbush’s Mount Ellen ski area.
Current owners Allen Zeiner (the chef) and Bob Heffernan purchased the property in October 2013 and are working hard to renew what we affectionately call “The Horse”. Bob is a native Vermonter from the other side of the mountain (Bristol area). Allen is a Connecticut native (Monroe).
The Inn is open year-round and is within 5 minutes of three ski areas: Sugarbush Lincoln Peak, Sugarbush Mt. Ellen (across the street), and Mad River Glen. Visit the Mad River Valley web site to see how our area is truly a four-season wonderland of activity, exploration, and fun.
