At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. This is a non-refundable deposit and charges will be applied to the credit card according to the Reservation Cancellation Policy below. The Remaining 50% is due at the time of check-in. Upon check-in, each guest is required to provide a credit card for incidental charges (room charge backs, damages etc).

**Room rates are subject to a nightly $29.00 taxable resort fee and 9% VT State Tax

Call-In Reservation Cancellation Policy

For retail reservations staying between May 1st and November 19th each year.

• Cancellations more than 72hrs prior to arrival will be fully refundable.
• When cancelling or shortening a stay within 72hrs prior to arrival, the deposit or value of cancelled days is
  forfeited
