Set Up: The current unload and load access point is the road left of Clay Brook Hotel. Gate will be open. Please adhere to any Sugarbush signage while using this access point. Depending on the weather, they may need to update their desired traffic pattern.
Exhibiting Space: Gate House Lodge, second floor. Tables will be set up and assigned for those who requested. We are flexible with layout, however please only swap with a table that has the same requests as you. Each exhibitor's requests are listed on the assignment card.
Exhibiting Times: Occurs Thursday with attendees during the breakfast/registration hours and over lunch.
Breakdown/Loading: Breakdown can occur at the end of lunch (1:15-1:30) or at the conclusion of the event. Due to the layout and location of exhibiting this year, we ask vendors to not break down between 1:30-2:30pm while our event continues as it is a shared space.
Check-in at the clubhouse starts at 12:00pm with a 1:00pm Shotgun Start and concludes at the Clubhouse Deck for tallies.

Ski Vermont staff will be on-site to assist. Sugarbush Beverages can be purchased via the Sugarbush beverage cart.

Workforce Development Roundtable (Castlerock Pub, Gate House Lodge):
Following a panel presentation, this roundtable will bring representatives from the State of Vermont, Vermont Department of Labor, The Vermont Professionals of Color Network, University of Vermont, Vermont State University and career and technical education together with member ski area HR and other staff to identify employer needs, gaps in the pipeline, programs and training and next steps toward a stronger ski area work force.
Move Forward Together, Vermont (Sleeper Room, Gate House Lodge):
In this session, participants will join staff from the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation to learn more about Move Forward Together Vermont, a strategic vision for Vermont’s outdoor recreation future. We will discuss how the ski industry can support the health of Vermont’s outdoor places, the wellness of Vermonters and the economic strength of our communities.
Critical Consciousness at a Critical Time— A Workshop on Equity and Inclusion for Ski Areas (Mountain View Room, Gate House Lodge):
Join Keynote Mirna Valerio, aka “the Mirnavator,” for a workshop to explore how we can create welcoming outdoor recreation spaces for everyone and why it is important and how it can benefit your ski area. Following the session, Mirna will deliver a high-energy keynote address that is sure to help you understand what equitable access to the outdoors looks like and how we can make it happen.
