VIP Voucher Bearer Information Page

As a bearer (user) of a Ski Vermont VIP voucher, it is your responsibility to review the following information outlined under each heading below to ensure proper usage.

Each individual Ski Vermont VIP voucher can be redeemed for a one-day lift ticket at the area specified on the voucher. Vouchers are subject to restricted dates and redemption requirements, which vary per ski area. Ski areas CAN NOT generate a lift ticket if specified voucher redemption requirements are not followed or has reached max capacity for the day. Some ski areas (Killington, Pico, Sugarbush, and Mad River Glen) REQUIRE advanced online redemption of the voucher and CAN NOT REDEEM at ski area ticket window.

Each individual Ski Vermont VIP voucher entitles the bearer (user) to a one-day lift ticket at the area specified on the voucher, subject to the specified area’s restricted dates and redemption requirements.

A Ski Vermont VIP voucher does not guarantee the bearer a lift ticket or lift ticket reservation privileges unless otherwise indicated in the ski area's redemption Information. Review Participating Areas, Restricted Dates & Redemption Information.
Ski areas CAN NOT generate a lift ticket if bearer fails to follow the ski area’s outlined voucher redemption requirements or has reached max capacity for the day.
Vouchers are valid for use only during the 2024-25 season. A ski area’s season begins on its Fall 2024 opening day and ends on its final date of operation in Spring 2025.
Ski Vermont VIP vouchers are considered equivalent to a single lift ticket and are subject to additional charges depending on an area’s ticketing technology when redeeming for a lift ticket (RFID).
All participating ski areas reserve the right to restrict or prohibit lift tickets obtained using a VIP Pass voucher from being used in conjunction with their other offers or from being used by participants in special events or races or competitions of any kind.

Regular Operating Schedule: Anticipated daily operating schedule as indicated by the ski area at the start of the season. Check the destination ski area's website to ensure they are open and operating on the desired visit date.

BOLTON VALLEY RESORT
Restricted Dates: Dec 26, 2024 - Jan 1, 2025; Jan 18-19, 2025; Feb 15-23, 2025
Voucher Redemption Location: Online voucher redemption preferred. In person, redeem at Ticket Cube, present paper voucher to be scanned.
Voucher Redemption Requirements: RFID card required for reload or $5 purchase.
Regular Operating Schedule: Tue-Sat 9AM-10PM; Sunday/Monday 9am-4pm

BROMLEY MOUNTAIN RESORT

Regular Operating Schedule: Weekends only until aprox. Dec 15, then daily.

Voucher Redemption Requirements: Redeem online at killington.com/redeem. Reload an existing One Pass RFID or add a new one and pickup from any ticket kiosk.
Regular Operating Schedule: Open daily.

MAD RIVER GLEN
Restricted Dates: Dec 25, 2024 - Jan 1, 2025; Jan 18 -20, 2025; Feb 15-23, 2025
Voucher Redemption Location: Online Only-PAPER VOUCHER NOT VALID AT TICKET WINDOW.
Voucher Redemption Requirements: Redeem online https://www.madriverglen.com/ski-vermont/.
Subject to daily ticket cap and may sell out at any time. Only customers who have redeemed online to secure a lift ticket while day tickets were still available will be honored on days max capacity has been reached.
Regular Operating Schedule: Open daily.

MAGIC MOUNTAIN

Voucher Redemption Location: Ticket office on first floor of lodge. Present paper voucher to be scanned.
Voucher Redemption Information: Daily ticket sales are limited, first come first serve. A Ski VT voucher does not guarantee a lift ticket if sold out. It is recommended to monitor online announcements for availability updates or call 802-824-5645 x109 with questions.

Voucher Redemption Information: https://shop.sugarbush.com/s/special-tickets. Advanced voucher redemption required. Pick up ticket loaded on RFID at Pick Up Box or Ticket Window.
Regular Operating Schedule: 8:00AM-4PM daily.

Pass Misuse: Ski Vermont reserves the right to revoke a VIP passbook or voucher, without refund and in its entirety, either for the remainder of the 2024-2025 ski season, if any vouchers from passbook are found to have been used in violation of the conditions of use set forth herein. If a passbook is revoked, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to inform all voucher recipients of its invalidation. Participating ski areas will be immediately notified of any invalidation and will refuse vouchers from any revoked passbook.
Public Resale: Public resale is prohibited. Individual vouchers are transferable to recipients by VIP pass purchaser, but resale is prohibited outside place of the purchaser’s business or club. Any VIP Ski Passbooks or individual vouchers for public resale is considered a violation of the Terms of Use and will result in the revocation of the entire VIP Passbook voucher came from.
Voucher Entitlement: Each individual VIP voucher entitles the bearer to a one-day lift ticket at the area specified on the voucher through the 2024-25 season, defined as an area’s opening day Fall 2024, ending on final day of operations Spring 2025. Vouchers are subject to area’s restricted dates and redemption requirements. A VIP voucher does not guarantee the bearer any reservation privileges. Participating ski areas CAN NOT redeem VIP voucher if bearer fails to follow a ski area’s redemption requirements or if the area has reached max capacity for the day.
Ticket Restrictions: All participating ski areas reserve the right to restrict or prohibit lift tickets obtained using a VIP Pass voucher from being used in conjunction with their other offers or from being used by participants in special events or races or competitions of any kind.
Additional Charges: Please note these vouchers may be subject to additional charges depending on specific area’s ticketing technology. Ski Vermont VIP vouchers are considered equivalent to single day lift tickets.
Refunds/Exchanges: Ski Vermont individual VIP vouchers will not be eligible for cash refund under any circumstances whatsoever and will not be carried over or exchanged to be used for the following season by Ski Vermont or ski areas.
Ski Area Terms: Participating ski areas reserve the right to change and update terms as they deem necessary.
