Step 1: Apply for Access
Submit your company information for approval using the link below. This is a one-time step — once your company is approved, you're all set to purchase for this and future seasons.
Step 2: Receive Confirmation
Applications are reviewed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email confirming your approval or ineligibility.
Step 3: Complete Your Purchase
Once approved, log in to your Shopify account to complete your purchase through our secure checkout. The confirmation email will also provide login link.
VIP Passes will be sent out to the shipping address used during the company account creation. Packages often sent via FedEx unless PO Box is provided, then mailed via USPS. An email will be sent notifying you when shipped, typically mid-November.

Max of 6 VIP Passes per business without prior approval.
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring all VIP voucher users are familiar with, and agree to abide by, the Terms and Conditions of use.
Public resale is prohibited. Individual vouchers are transferable by VIP pass purchaser, but resale is prohibited outside purchaser’s place of business or association.

The VIP Corporate Pass is available only to out-of-state businesses and associations. Beginning with the 2026/27 season, purchasers are required to complete a one-time application for purchase access.
