How to Reserve Vouchers

The Ski Vermont Fifth Grade Passport is made up of vouchers that must be reserved in your customer portal and redeemed according to each ski area’s instructions.

Step 1: Reserve a Voucher

Step 1: Reserve a Voucher

  1. Log in to the customer portal and choose “passport recipient”
The name shown in the large box at the top is who the voucher will be reserved for. If your account has more than one product, switch names by clicking the correct one underneath the main display.
  2. Choose a ski area.
Scroll down to find desired ski area. Click “More Info” to review that area’s blackout dates and redemption rules before you reserve.
    1. Reserve your voucher.
Click “Available for Redemption,” choose your visit date, and then click “Reserve Voucher.”
    2. Cross Country/Nordic vouchers can't be redeemed for ski lift tickets, be sure to reserve correctly for the areas who offer both.

Important Voucher Rules:

  1. You can reserve a voucher only up to seven (7) days in advance, including the same day you plan to visit, as available for areas with limited inventory dates.
  2. Voucher reservations cannot be changed or canceled by customer or ski area.
  3. A reserved voucher does not guarantee you’ll get a ticket if the resort is at full capacity. Ski areas cannot issue a lift ticket if their requirements are not met.

Why a Date Might Not Be Available:

  • It’s outside the 7-day reservation window
  • It’s a blackout or limited inventory date set by the resort
  • The resort has reached full capacity and asked Ski Vermont to block the date
Step 2: View Your Reserved Voucher

Step 2: View Your Reserved Voucher

You can access your voucher two ways:

Option 1: In the portal
Log in, scroll to the ski area, and find the voucher marked “Reserved.” Click “View” to open it. Be sure to select the correct date if you have more than one reservation at that resort.

Option 2: In your email
Each reserved voucher is also emailed to the account holder. You can forward this to the adult accompanying the fifth grader or print it out if the resort requires printed vouchers.

Step 3: Redeem the Voucher at the Ski Area

Step 3: Redeem the Voucher at the Ski Area

Before you go, read the redemption instructions for your chosen ski area. These are listed:

  • On the “Participating Ski Areas, Restricted Dates and Redemption Information” page
