Ski Vermont Supports High Fives Shred-A-Thon

This past weekend Ski Vermont traveled to Mt. Ellen at Sugarbush to attend the High Fives Foundation’s annual Shred-A-Thon. Raising over $500,000, the event featured a roster of High Five’s athletes and partners competing for most laps, best costume, and more.

Ski Vermont partners with High Fives, and offered a match donation for the event as well as ongoing support for the organizations B.A.S.I.C.S. program video library, which included the Helmets Are Cool video for the 2026 season.

“High Fives does a lot of great work in the industry and we’re happy to support their efforts,” said Ski Vermont Director of Communications Bryan Rivard who was on site for the event. “It’s just an incredible community—their videos, events, and fundraisers are a lot of fun and invite you to be a part of it.”

The Green Mountain Shred-A-Thon is the first in a three-part series, with Vermont selected as the location for the eastern United States.
