How to Use the 4Pass

Voucher Redemption Requirements: Subject to daily ticket cap, may sell out at any time. Customers with reserved voucher will have redemption honored at the ticket window. Voucher availability may be restricted in Ski Vermont customer portal if max day capacity is reached. For busy weekends or anticipated powder days, reserving a Ski Vermont voucher early within the 7-day allowed window is advised to guarantee a lift ticket.

You can access your voucher two ways:

Option 1: In your customer account
Log in, scroll to the ski area, and find the voucher marked “Reserved.” Click “View” to open it.

Option 2: In your email
Each reserved voucher is also emailed to the account holder. You can forward this to other passholders on your account if you are not accompanying them.

• It’s outside the seven-day reservation window
• It’s a blackout or limited inventory date set by the ski area
• The resort has reached full capacity and asked us to block the date

The Ski Vermont 4Pass is made up of four vouchers that must be reserved in your customer account portal and redeemed according to each ski area’s instructions.

1. Log in to your customer account and choose “pass holder recipient”
   The name shown in the large box at the top is who the voucher will be reserved for. If your account has more than one product, switch names by clicking the correct one underneath the main display.
2. Choose a ski area. Scroll down to find the desired ski area. Click “More Info” to review that area’s blackout dates and redemption rules before you reserve.
3. Reserve your voucher. Click “Available for Redemption,” choose your visit date, and then click “Reserve Voucher.”

Important Voucher Rules:

1. You can only reserve your voucher within seven (7) days of the planned visit, this includes the day of, if available.
2. Voucher reservations cannot be changed or canceled by the customer or ski area.
3. A reserved voucher does not guarantee you’ll get a ticket if the resort is at full capacity. Ski areas cannot issue a lift ticket if their requirements are not met.

If you can’t use your voucher for the reserved date, here's what to do:

Before the Reservation Date:

Email support@passes.skivermont.com before the date of your reservation. Include the following information:

• Pass holder’s full name(s)
• Voucher number
• Ski area name
• Reserved date

We’ll review your request and may revalidate the voucher for future use at our discretion.

Turned Away at the Ski Area (Max Capacity) or Closure:

If you're turned away on the day of your visit due to full capacity or closure, email support@passes.skivermont.com on the same day. Specify whether the reason is “Max Capacity” or “Closure,” and include the following information:

• Pass holder’s full name(s)
• Voucher number
• Ski area name
• Reserved date

We’ll review your request and may revalidate the voucher for future use at our discretion.

IMPORTANT: If your voucher was already used to complete an advance lift ticket reservation with a ski area online or redeemed at the window before closure announcement, we can't revalidate it. You must contact the ski area directly to request a future use ticket.

4Passes are managed online through the Ski Vermont Customer Account Portal. There is no physical product.

Once logged in, you’ll select a ski area and visit date to reserve a barcoded voucher. Follow each ski area's redemption instructions.

Ski Vermont may cancel any 4Pass purchase or gift activation—without refund—if it is used in violation of the rules.

• The 4Pass is valid only for the pass holder it was activated for.
• Passes and 4Pass vouchers are non-transferrable.
• Only one pass per pass holder a season.
• If we find a duplicate purchase, we reserve the right to cancel and refund.

Each voucher is good for one day of skiing or riding for the pass holder named.

• Vouchers are subject to blackout dates and redemption rules.
• A voucher does not guarantee a lift ticket unless the resort states otherwise.
• Ski areas are not required to honor vouchers if redemption rules are not followed or if the area is at full capacity.
• 4Pass vouchers are valid one (1) time at a participating ski area. The passholder may obtain one (1) lift ticket to a participating ski area on the chosen date by reserving and redeeming one of their four (4) single-use, barcoded vouchers. Once chosen, that same ski area can't be visited again.  

Vouchers may be reserved up to seven (7) days in advance, including the day of use. It is your responsibility to follow each ski area’s restrictions and redemption rules.

Participating ski areas may restrict voucher use during special events, races, or promotions.

Please make sure to follow each ski area’s blackout dates and redemption rules.

Some resorts may charge a small fee for things like RFID cards. A voucher is equivalent to a single-day lift ticket.

All sales are final.

• Vouchers are valid only for the current ski season
• They cannot be refunded, transferred, or used in future seasons

Resorts may change their policies or redemption rules at any time.
