The Hermitage Members Club (“The Hermitage Club”) is a private 501(c)(7) nonprofit social club and ski area located on Haystack Mountain. They are seeking team members who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences and fostering a lifelong love of snowsports among our members and their guests.
Skiing and riding at Haystack Mountain is unlike anything else in the East. There are approximately 400 member families and their guests who enjoy professionally maintained terrain in an uncrowded, private setting. It is not often that you find corduroy at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday, but at Haystack Mountain, it is the norm.
The Hermitage Club offers lessons in a private mountain retreat, away from the crowds of public ski areas and surrounded by peaceful, snow-covered trails and trees. They are focused on preserving the heritage and lifestyle of skiing and riding and value skilled instructors who share that vision.
