Lunch and dinner include an entrée, a vegetarian entrée, several side dishes and a fully stocked salad bar. A delicious dessert is always available. Call the Outdoor Center office before 10am to reserve a place for lunch and prior to 2pm to make a dinner reservation. Visit Craftsbury.com for menu and details.
Each of our dining outlets has a signature theme, making every location unique. Whether you’re at Jerk Jamaican Mountain Grill feeling like you’re on an island in winter, or at the Peak lodge enjoying the year-round views – we want the best food on your plate. We incorporate sustainability in our restaurants by using ingredients from our garden and honey from our on-mountain apiary. Our chefs create high quality dishes, using fresh, local and organic ingredients sourced from our partnering Vermont farms whenever possible.
