Bromley Mountain Resort

Join us on the Sun Deck for a variety of yummy treats and eats that are sure to please every palette. Looking for lunch? Head over to The Sun Deck Café for traditional summer favorites including grilled burgers, chicken fingers, salmon BLTs, salads and more! Need a refreshing beverage? Burke Mountain

Voted the best new restaurant in the Northeast Kingdom, if you’re looking for great food and beautiful views then the View Pub in the Burke Mountain Hotel & Conference Center is the perfect dining option. Located mid-mountain on the 2nd floor of the Hotel, the View Pub has indoor and outdoor dining on the picturesque deck overlooking the Willoughby Gap. Craftsbury Outdoor Center

The Craftsbury Outdoor Center prides itself on having delicious food. Meals include fresh local produce, some of which is from our own gardens. The dining hall is a member of the Vermont Fresh Network program, which means we are part of a consortium of farmers, chefs, and consumers dedicated to eating locally grown food. Lunch and dinner include an entrée, a vegetarian entrée, several side dishes and a fully stocked salad bar. A delicious dessert is always available. Call the Outdoor Center office before 10am to reserve a place for lunch and prior to 2pm to make a dinner reservation.  

Killington Resort

There's something unique about every spot on the mountain – and the goal at Killington is to make dining as much of an experience as going there to ski or mountain bike. From seasonal farm-to-table fare at Preston’s restaurant and bar at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel to made-from-scratch daily specials at the Peak Lodge, The Beast caters to discerning tastes. Vermont’s highest elevation restaurant and bar, the Killington Peak Lodge, is accessible from mountain trails and the K-1 Express Gondola. Hikers, mountain bikers and sightseers converge here to witness the Green Mountain State from above during the lush summer and fall foliage seasons. Magic Mountain

Mount Snow Resort

Summers at Mount Snow mean dining options everywhere, from Fairways overlooking the course at Mount Snow Golf Club, to The Bullwheel with its scenic deck located at the summit of Mount Snow, and everything in between. Looking to sample Vermont’s farm-to-table fare? Look no further than Harriman’s in The Grand Summit Hotel. Got a hankering for some smokehouse style BBQ? Sugarbush Resort

Rumble’s Kitchen offers a fun and casual atmosphere with beautiful mountain views right at the base of Lincoln Peak. Hogan’s Pub at the Sugarbush Resort Golf Club also offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains along with lunch, a full bar and special events. Both are open daily through the summer. The Sugarbush Brew-Grass Festival on June 10th is the only all-VT beer festival around and features close to 30 brewers. Toss Em’ Tuesdays is a weekly event in the newly renovated Lincoln Peak Courtyard featuring a cornhole tournament with prizes, pizza, bar, and live music. Quechee Club

All are welcome to dine at The Quechee Club! Davidson’s, our classic Vermont restaurant, offers an elegant setting with an outdoor deck with beautiful views of the river and the occasional hot air balloon ascension! Italian Night is available every Wednesday in the summer, and full dinner menu is available Thursday through Saturday, 5:30 to 9:00pm. For a more casual atmosphere, join us on Dewey’s Deck daily for lunch, and on select weeknights for dinner from 5:00 to 8:00pm.
