The biggest flavors are created at The Beast. From seasonal farm-to-table fare at Preston’s restaurant and bar at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel to made-from-scratch daily specials at the Peak Lodge, The Beast caters to discerning tastes. We incorporate sustainability in our restaurants by using ingredients from our garden and honey from out on-mountain apiary. Our dining locations provide high quality dishes, using fresh, local and organic ingredients sourced from our partnering Vermont farms whenever possible. We believe there's a little something to satisfy every palate within our resort dining options and truly hope you enjoy your experience as much as we enjoy cooking for you.
