Vermont Resorts Celebrate World Snowboard Day

Sunday, December 20 is the 10th annual World Snowboard Day – an event created by riders for riders to revel in their passion for sliding sideways and to share it with newbies in one epic day of simultaneous celebrations around the globe. Vermont resorts are bringing the fun from this international event to our local slopes with special contests and rail jams throughout the day. Plus, new comers to the sport have the opportunity to try snowboarding free of charge their first time. For more information about what’s going on around the world check out world-snowboard-day.com and for a taste of the local flavor, check the list of Vermont activities below.
