Winter Weather Wind Up

Winter weather ramps up this week with flakes flying across the state. Since snow started on Wednesday, up to 8 inches of all natural fluff is forecast for parts of Vermont with what looks like more on the way. Paired with more seasonable temperatures in the forecast for the weekend and we’ve got the recipe for more snowmaking thanks to our dedicated crews.

This weekend Vermont will have 9 Alpine resorts open plus Nordic skiing and more trails are opening each day.

One the menu are Bromley, Jay Peak, Killington, Mount Snow, Okemo, Smugglers’ Notch, Stowe, Stratton, Sugarbush and Craftsbury Outdoor Center.

Not sure which mountain to visit next? Check the updates athttp://skivermont.com/conditions before you go or sign up here to have the Vermont conditions report sent to your inbox each morning.
