Okemo Mountain Resort
Okemo’s source for relaxation and rejuvenation is the Spring House, a two-level, 18,000-square-foot fitness and aquatic center featuring a sauna, hot tub and a recreational swimming pool equipped to accommodate family water fun and designated lap swimming times. The Studio offers Zumba, Yoga and Total Body Fitness classes. There is a fully equipped fitness room and even a racquetball court. Spa services including Swedish and deep tissue massage or hot stone therapy are available. Smugglers’ Notch Resort
New health and wellness offerings at Smugglers’ Notch Resort deliver relaxation and wellness. Classes include a meditation class that introduces techniques to encourage stress release, and yoga focusing at a beginner level on poses to ease pain and stiffness for those ages 50 and older. Stowe Mountain Lodge
Whether an experienced yogi or new to the sport, an outdoor yoga session at Stowe Mountain Lodge is for everyone, including families. Join us for ‘Stowega’ with our experienced guides who will take guests on a hike to beautiful spots around the Stowe Mountain Resort area to conduct an outdoor yoga class surrounded by waterfalls, the woods, mountain vistas and more. Stratton Mountain Resort
Is there any better place to practice Mountain Pose than on Southern Vermont’s tallest peak? Take your yoga practice outside with spring and summer yoga classes at both mid-mountain and on the summit. Indoor yoga classes, indoor cycling, personal training, massage therapy and more are available at the Stratton Training and Fitness Center all summer long.
