December 6, 2014 – Hot Tuna at Jay Peak Resort
Jay Peak is presenting several well-known groups and solo artists in the Foeger Ballroom this winter.  Get tickets to Hot Tuna, $50 general admission.

December 6, 2014 – Rails 2 Riches at Killington Resort
Rails 2 Riches, the East Coast’s leading rail jam, returns to Killington Resort with all the cash, prizes and sick tricks you’ve come to expect. The best skiers and snowboarders in the country will descend upon Killington’s custom set-up for a chance to snag a piece of the $25,000 cash purse.

December 6, 2014 – BrewFest at Smugglers’ Notch Resort

December 6, 2014 – Sugarbash at Sugarbush Resort
Celebrate Sugarbush’s birthday in the Gate House Lodge with a vintage ski party featuring live music from the Grift, complementary food, and a vintage ski and ride costume contest.

December 7, 2014 – Okemo Cares and Shares Food Drive at Okemo Mountain Resort
Start the season out right by donating to the Okemo Cares and Shares Food Drive. When skiers and snowboarders donate at least five non-perishable food items, a new child’s toy or new clothing item, they receive a coupon for a $39 lift ticket good on this day.

December 8, 2014 - Taste of Timbers at Sugarbush Resort
Sample appetizers, entrees and desserts from the new Timbers winter menu showcased by Timbers Head Chef, Tom Dibkey. Free to Public.

December 12, 2014 – Founders Day and Mount Snow Resort
Help celebrate Mount Snow’s 60th anniversary on Founders Day by hopping online and getting $12 advance purchase lift tickets. Since it’s the 60th, the resort will be celebrating all weekend long (Dec. 12-14) with parties, live music, a historical display, lift line giveaways and more.

December 13, 2014 - NATO Tele Primer at Bromley Mountain
These annual events are the most complete on-snow telemark clinics offered in North America. Everything is covered, from the elementary concepts behind the style to high-end hybrid, free heel techniques including step, jump, and hop tele’s, linking smooth turns and free heel parallel. December 13, 2014 - Opening Day at Bolton Valley (weather permitting)
Bolton Valley will open for the season, weather permitting. This is also scheduled to be the first night of night skiing and lifts will run until 8pm with night tickets just $19 starting at 4pm.

December 13- 14, 2014 - Gilson Snowboard Demo at Bolton Valley
Gilson Snowboards will be on-site offering free demos of their new snowboards for the 2014-15 winter season. Stop by their tent in the main base area for a taste of what they have to offer.

December 13, 2014 - Okemo Full Moon Hike at Okemo Mountain Resort
This guided snowshoe hike up the mountain will offer a nighttime perspective of Okemo’s Jackson Gore under the light of a full moon. Return to the fire pit at the Jackson Gore Inn to roast marshmallows and share stories. This event is free for participants with snowshoes. Rental snowshoes will be available for a nominal fee. December 13, 2014 - Sugar House Demo at Okemo Mountain Resort
Presented by Vermont Properties & Development, Inc., test-drive the latest ski and snowboard equipment for free at the new Sugar House Demo Center. Registration is scheduled from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. A credit card imprint is required and snowboarders must provide their own bindings. Learn more at okemo.com.

December 15-20, 2014 - Stratton Foundation Toy Drive and Village Celebration at Stratton Mountain
Santa comes to the North Pole Toy House on December 20 at 3:30 pm; performances by the Burlington Boys Choir at 3 pm and 4 pm in the Village Courtyard.

Bolton Valley
Cyber Monday – For 24 hours on Monday December 1, Bolton Valley will be offering special deals at boltonvalley.com. Bolton Valley will be offering a free early season lift ticket with the purchase of a $100 Gift Card. The Powder Pass Lite will get you 5 night lift tickets for just $99. Early season lift tickets valid for a day of skiing from Opening Day through December 25 will be on sale for only $20. The Ski Bum Pass will be offered for $199, a savings of $70 off the retail rate.  The sale runs from 12:00 am on Monday, December 1 morning until midnight.

Bromley Mountain
Family Fridays at Bromley Mountain begins November 28, and continues through December. Every full price paying adult can purchase up to three teen/junior tickets for just $20 each. Family Fridays are good every Friday this winter season except during the holiday periods.

2-fer Tuesdays at Bromley Mountain begin December 16.  Buy one full priced lift ticket on 2-fer Tuesdays and get a second free. Valid every non-holiday Tuesday, except for 3/17, Valid for two people, both must be present.

Killington Resort
Killington’s 4.0 The College Pass offers students unlimited access to four mountains (Killington, Okemo, Pico Mountain at Killington and Mount Sunapee) for less than $100 each. Grab it before December 15, 2014, for the best stocking stuffer ever.

Score Beast Tickets, Best Price at killington.com and save up to 45% on day tickets to The Beast in December. Think quick, though – there’s a limited quantity of deals per day. Early bookings will be rewarded accordingly.

A Killington Express Card means direct-to-lift access, season-long deals and the chance to earn a free lift ticket after just six days on snow. It’s less than $100 and only available through mid-December; don’t miss out.

Magic Mountain

Take advantage of Magic’s Twenties and College cards and sign up at www.magicmtn.com for your chance to enjoy the steeps on the cheap. The Magic Card is also available to purchase online and grants big savings to the holder of the card on each trip down the road less traveled.

Mount Snow Resort
Ski and stay packages start at just $69 per person, over Founders Day weekend, December 12-14, and include a night of lodging and a lift ticket. Okemo Mountain Resort
4.0 The College Pass deadline is December 15. This season pass is for the full-time college student who wants unrestricted access to Okemo, Mount Sunapee, Killington and Pico at a price that fits a student’s budget. Pay just $379 if purchased by December 15 and as an added bonus, get five (5) buddy passes for college friends. A buddy pass is 50% off the regular ticket price.

Okemo invites first-time skiers and snowboarders, ages 7 and older, to participate in a Learn to Ski or Snowboard program - for just $39.This program includes one 2-hour session, rental equipment and a lower mountain lift ticket December 1-19, 2014; 10 am-noon or 1:30-3:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended.

Pico Mountain
Available through December 23, 2014, Pico Mountain invites skiers and riders to start their season with savings on tickets. My Pico Packs come in three, four and five ticket sizes and start at less than $40 per day. 5-day packs include a ticket to Killington Resort, too.

Smugglers’ Notch Resort
During December 5-21, 2014, guests booking vacation packages enjoy SuperSaver rates. Packages include lift tickets, snow tubing, use of the indoor pool and hot tubs, and family entertainment. Stowe Mountain Lodge
