Vermont ski and snowboard resorts are ready for summer with an amazing line-up of music, sport, food and beer events. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, visitors to Vermont’s Green Mountains can find a plethora of family fun activities, physical challenges and more.

June 5, 2016 - Covered Bridge Half Marathon starts at Suicide Six Ski Area
Experience some of Vermont's Covered Bridges and support local charities while running the best 13.1 miles in New England.

June 10-12, 2016 – Sugarbush Brew-Grass Festival, Sugarbush Resort
Enjoy craft beers from more than twenty breweries, local food and jamming bluegrass bands. Kick-off the weekend with a party on Friday night before the festival on Saturday, and then enjoy a 9-hole golf scramble on Sunday.

June 16-19, 2016 - Wanderlust Festival at Stratton Mountain Resort
Wanderlust yoga and music festival returns to Stratton Mountain, celebrating a one-of-a-kind experience bringing together the world's leading yoga teachers, top musical acts and DJs, renowned speakers, top chefs and winemakers, and much more all in a setting of breathtaking natural beauty.

June 17-19, 2016 - Scout Film Festival at Stowe Mountain Resort

June 18-19, 2016 - Tough Mudder New England at Mount Snow Resort
Tough Mudder returns to Mount Snow for the sixth straight year with a 10-12 mile course featuring intense elevation changes and 20+ obstacles mixed in with breathtaking green mountain scenery.

June 25, 2016 - Catamount Ultra at Trapp Family Lodge
The Catamount Ultra Marathon starts and finishes at beautiful Trapp Family Lodge. The 25k course is primarily wide, hard-packed dirt trail. Rolling through highland pastures and hardwood forest complete with maple sugar tap lines in place and ready for the spring "run," this course is not to be missed.

July 1, 2016 – Independence Day at Magic Mountain and the town of Londonderry
Magic and the town of Londonderry will host one of southern Vermont's largest Independence Day fireworks celebrations on Friday night July 1st. Music will begin at 6pm with great views from the lodge deck and grassy slopes of Magic. The Black Line Tavern will be serving beverages and picnic baskets for food are welcome. Fireworks will begin a little after 9pm. 

July 1, 2016 - Vermont Symphony Orchestra TD Bank Summer Festival Tour at Suicide Six
Pack your passport in your picnic basket, kick off your shoes and join the Vermont Symphony Orchestra for a whirlwind tour of eleven countries, five continents--and beyond. The travelogue concludes with the 1812 Overture, marches, and fireworks. www.vso.org

July 2, 2016 – The Great American Party at Okemo Mountain Resort
Okemo’s Jackson Gore courtyard is transformed into an all-American backyard barbecue with live music, games, a hot-dog-eating contest, frosty-cold beverages, fresh-from-the-grill favorites plus hours of family fun at Okemo’s Adventure Zone.

July 2, 2016 - L.L. Bean Skills Demonstration Demo Day at The Quechee Club
Join The Quechee Club and L.L.  Bean for a full day of live demonstrations on the shores of Lake Pinneo. L.L. July 3, 2016 - Independence Day Celebration & Family BBQ at The Quechee Club

July 4, 2016 - Independence Day Celebration in Jeffersonville & Smugglers' Notch Resort
An old-fashioned community celebration with morning parade followed by a carnival with games, food and live music in Jeffersonville. July 9, 2016 - Dirty Girl Mud Run, Killington Resort
Dirty Girl is an obstacle course run for women of all ages and athletic abilities - not a “race” in the traditional sense, but instead an untimed 5k mud run.

July 22-24, 2016 – Vermont Mountain Bike Festival at Sugarbush Resort
The Vermont Mountain Bike Association has teamed up with Sugarbush to host Vermont’s premier mountain biking festival. Based out of Mt. Ellen, the event will include rides throughout the Mad River Valley, Perry Hill, and Green Mountain Trails.

July 28-31, 2016 - Beast of the East ProGRT, Killington Resort
The USA Cycling Pro Gravity Tour stops at the Killington Bike Park to hold a downhill race on a brand-new Ramshead Mountain bike trail.

July 29-31,2016, Kids Adventure Games at Trapp Family Lodge
This is an all property adventure course with a range of challenges for ages 6-14 in teams of two.

August 5-7, 2016 - Hops in the Hills Beer & Wine Festival at Okemo Mountain Resort
Sample more than 50 craft beers, cider and wine while enjoying live music, craft vendors, food trucks and Okemo’s Adventure Zone in the Jackson Gore courtyard.

August 6, 2016 -Bitter Pill Adventure Race at Bolton Valley
The Bitter Pill is a 12-hour adventure race for teams of two or three. 

August 6, 2016 - 3rd Annual Ottauquechee Musicfest, The Quechee Club
This year’s concert expands to feature three hours of music by internationally acclaimed artists the “Platters” and the “Drifters.” The concert will open with regional talent “The Josh Logan Band.” Josh Logan is well known for his participation on the hit TV series “The Voice”.
