Killington Resort
Grand Hotel Maintenance Worker

Perform a variety of skilled maintenance and construction tasks involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and/or other trades skills at the Grand Hotel. Respond and interact with guest, and homeowner requests. Assist property management staff with snow removal and other related projects. Must be able to work with moderate supervision and deal effectively with a variety of company departments and personnel. Provide superior customer service at all times and respond to guests in a courteous, efficient manner. Must have your own basic hand tools.

Job Requirements - Ability to work safely and comply with OSHA regulations required. Basic education (high school), with some formal trades education desirable, plus three to four years of relevant trades apprenticeship, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Must be flexible to work day or evening shift. Weekends and holidays required.

Killington Resort
Water/Wastewater Operator

Operate and maintain two Wastewater Treatment Facilities and related systems. Operate and maintain all public water systems owned by the Resort. Perform a variety of daily tasks to ensure compliance with all regulations, included but not limited to: field surveillance of operating systems, data collection, compliance sampling, and occasional report generation. Recognize and execute appropriate maintenance to all system components and assist with system emergencies in the event they occur.

Job requirements - Vermont State Wastewater Operator License, Grade 2 minimum preferred. Vermont State Water Operator License, Class 2 preferred. Strong mechanical skills desired. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Must be able to meet operational demands, nights & weekends, as needed. The ability to maintain effective work relationships with all department and company personnel is required. Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License. Will consider appropriate training assistance to qualified candidates.

Lift Mechanic

Maintain and repair chair lifts. Job requirements - must have a broad base of basic mechanical knowledge and skills relevant to chair lifts - including welding, rigging, engine and motor operation and repair. The ability to perform all job duties, particularly working at significant heights, is required. Must be at least 18.

The Sugarbush Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the strategic sales efforts of multiple resort business areas. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting key sales and revenue objectives for each area and will develop targeted sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and expand customer acquisition. The Manager will work closely with each team member to establish effective and proactive goals to maximize the sales team’s potential. In addition, the Manager will work closely with the V.P. of Sales and Marketing to research, analyze, develop and implement marketing plans for each market segment that expands the resort’s success, drives lead generation and conversion, and grows revenue. The Sales Manager will be motivated, results driven individual who will also be responsible for building and managing key new and existing account relationships.
