From part-time seasonal gigs to full-time careers, thousands of people have parlayed their passion, interest and expertise in the mountains, outdoors, skiing and snowboarding into jobs they love. Many have climbed the ladder at Vermont ski areas to pursue fulfilling careers within the industry.
