COVID Policy:

We look forward to seeing you all in person for a great meeting. Elevated Covid case numbers have been reported in the northeast in recent weeks and a number of cases have been reported after several recent industry gatherings. Read the CDC’s latest guidance on how to protect yourself and others.

At this time, there are no Covid protocols mandated by the state, local municipality or by Sugarbush Resort. How you manage your health is a personal choice, including wearing a mask, keeping physical distance or choosing not to attend. We are planning for dinner and lunch to take place outdoors, weather permitting, so please plan accordingly and bring a jacket in case of cool temperatures. However unlikely, if Covid protocols are put in place before or during our event, they will be communicated on this page and enforced. Please bring a mask just in case!

If you need to cancel, please let Alicia know as soon as possible, and she can help you with your refund.

Personal responsibility will be the key to a successful Annual Meeting event. Please let us know if you have any questions.
